Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all rental items booked through Ansune Bridal Boutique. They’re outlined below, and you’ll be asked to read and accept them before completing your booking.

Contract

By placing a hire order with Ansune Bridal, you are entering into a legally binding agreement between you and Ansune Bridal.

Our Care Guide

We’re delighted you’ve selected a beautiful wedding gown from Ansune Bridal. To help you receive your full bond back, we’ve outlined some helpful tips for your wedding day or photo shoot.

1.The Ceremony – Walking down the aisle with your gown’s train flowing behind you is a magical moment. We recommend having your bridesmaids lift the gown slightly before entering your ceremony venue to keep it clean and pristine.

2. The Post-Ceremony – After your ceremony, as you celebrate with friends and family, we kindly ask that your bridesmaids continue to hold your train. This helps keep it clean and protects it from accidental damage.

3. The Photo Session – During your photo session, your gown will be showcased beautifully. We recommend having your bridesmaids lift the train when moving and help arrange it while standing to keep it clean and protected.

4. The Reception Entrance – Enjoy every moment as you enter your reception with your train flowing behind you! Celebrate your love, take it all in, and then get ready to cut the cake.

5. The Bridal Dance – For your bridal dance, drape the train over your right arm to keep it off the floor. This helps protect your gown while you share this special moment with your partner.

6. Party Time – Once the first dance and cake cutting are done, you might like to change into a party dress. This way, you can dance, celebrate, and enjoy the night without worrying about your gown—ensuring your bond remains intact.

Following these tips will help keep your Ansune Bridal gown looking beautiful and in perfect condition throughout your special day.

Title to Rental Iteams

At all times, the rental items remain the property of Ansune Bridal, who reserves the right to retrieve them if necessary. No modifications or alterations may be made without explicit approval.

Booking Period

The rental period you select is inclusive. For example, a 5-day rental means that if your gown is collected on a Friday, both the Friday and the following Tuesday are counted within the 5 days. An additional 12 days will be allocated for dry cleaning. Your secure rental bond will be refunded to your bank account after the gown has been professionally cleaned and inspected for any damage.

Issues with Fit & Appearence

We provide detailed information about the fit of our hire items on the website, but we cannot be held responsible if a size or gown doesn’t fit or suit you. We strongly recommend booking a studio try-on appointment to ensure the perfect fit.

Customer Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted if requested 60 days or more before your booking start date. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation by
Ansune Bridal Boutique

Ansune Bridal may need to cancel your booking for any reason. We are not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from such a cancellation.

Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

  • The item was damaged by a previous customer.

  • The item was lost or stolen by a previous customer.

  • It is not possible to deliver the item on time due to a late return by a previous customer.

  • Or any other reason deemed necessary by Ansune Bridal.

Return of Iteams

All items rented through Ansune Bridal undergo a thorough inspection after dry cleaning to check for any damages or faults. If no issues are found, your holding deposit of $1,500 will be refunded, with the dry cleaning fee deducted based on the quote from our chosen dry cleaner. Please note that dry cleaning can take up to two weeks after your return date, so deposits will be refunded only after the gown has been cleaned and inspected.

If any repairs or restoration are needed due to damage, the cost will be deducted from your holding deposit. This ensures the gown is returned in excellent condition for future renters and helps maintain the quality of the Ansune Bridal collection.

Cleaning

We understand that accidents can happen, and our trusted dry-cleaning partner is here to help. We highly recommend following our care guide for tips on keeping your gown clean and pristine.

Please do not attempt to clean the rental gown yourself or use another cleaner. If any attempt to clean the gown causes damage or permanent staining, Ansune Bridal reserves the right to charge a fee of up to 120% of the garment’s full recommended retail price (RRP). The use of fake tan is at your discretion; however, if it causes permanent staining that cannot be removed through dry cleaning, our damage policy will apply.

Damage & or Loss

If your gown sustains any damage (stains, rips, etc.), please take photos and notify us immediately.

Do not attempt to repair the gown yourself. Minor repairs, such as sewing on a button or re-stitching, will be taken care of at no extra cost. Stains that are removed during professional dry cleaning after the gown is returned are not an issue.

Under no circumstances should you attempt to clean or repair the gown yourself, have it cleaned or repaired by anyone else, or cut, alter, iron, or hem any item booked via Ansune Bridal.

If the gown is damaged beyond minor repairs or not covered by insurance, you will be responsible for the cost of restoring or replacing it. If the gown cannot be restored, a fee of up to 120% of the original RRP may apply, in addition to any rental fees already paid, and the item must still be returned.

If a gown is lost or not returned, you will be liable for up to 200% of the RRP.

By accepting this agreement, you authorize Ansune Bridal to charge your payment method for any applicable damage or loss fees. You will have the option to provide an alternative payment method before any charges are applied.

Late Return

If a rental item is returned after the specified “Return On” date, late fees may apply. We often allow a 1–2 day grace period, provided it does not affect another customer’s booking. If it does impact a future booking, late fees will likely be enforced.

The late fee for each day is calculated as your rental price divided by the number of days rented, up to 120% of the original RRP. For example, a 4-day hire with a rental fee of $800 would incur a late fee of $200 per day. Please note that if additional time is needed for dry cleaning and we are notified, no late fee will be charged.

By accepting this agreement, you authorize Ansune Bridal to charge late fees to the payment method used for your order. You will have the option to provide an alternative payment method before any charge is applied.

Payment

By entering this agreement, you authorize Ansune Bridal to charge the payment method provided according to the terms outlined here.

You confirm that you are authorized to use this credit card or account and agree not to dispute the payment if Ansune Bridal fulfills its obligations in providing the rental item(s). You also authorize Ansune Bridal to charge this payment method for any additional fees, including damages or late return fees. If a charge cannot be processed, an invoice will be issued, which you agree to pay within 5 working days.

If your payment is reversed or rejected, you agree to settle the outstanding amount within 48 hours of notification. Failure to do so may result in immediate cancellation of your booking. Ansune Bridal reserves the right to take all necessary steps to recover any amounts owed, including using debt collection agencies or legal action, which may increase the total amount due to cover associated costs.

Identification

After placing a booking, you will be asked to provide a passport, driver’s license, or other form of identification. If this is not supplied, Ansune Bridal reserves the right to refuse the booking.

Definition of Refund

For this agreement, a refund is defined as returning the original form of payment used for your order. Payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded to that card. Payments made using a credit note will result in a new credit note issued with a fresh expiry date. If multiple payment methods were used, refunds will be issued proportionally to each method based on the amounts originally paid.

Limitation of Liability

By accepting this rental agreement, you agree that Ansune Bridal is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, costs, or expenses you may incur due to:

  • Cancellation of a rental booking

  • Late delivery of a rental item

  • Any issues with the quality of a rental item

This includes, but is not limited to, economic loss, loss of goodwill, emotional distress, missed opportunities, or loss of turnover, profits, or business.

Changes to Hire Agreement

Ansune Bridal reserves the right to update the Rental Agreement terms at any time. Please note that the terms applicable to your order are those in effect on the date the order was placed, so it’s important to review and accept them carefully.

Hire Agreement

Upon collection of the gown, the bride or hiring person will inspect the wedding dress and sign the following agreement:

"I am satisfied with the detailed inspection to identify any imperfections and accept full responsibility for the gown from this point. I acknowledge that the gown was delivered in a clean, secure bag, with spare buttons that are delicately hand-covered and should be handled carefully when fastening. The zipper is undamaged and functions smoothly. I have thoroughly inspected the gown, and any existing damage has been noted on the defects page."
